Urgent : I did the payment of my Income tax return with UPI but the status of the challan is showing as 'Payment Failed'. Amount debited from bank.
Hello guys, I need urgent assistance. I recently filed my ITR returns and did the payment using the UPI gateway. The amount got deducted from the bank account but the status of the challan is showing 'Payment Failed'.
Now both the parties (ITR helpdesk and bank) are asking to check with each other.
Is anyone else facing the same issue..? Please let me know how did you resolve.
