Unable to close joined account

I want to close a joint account.
Positions are all liquidated. Funds have been transferred to my other accounts. I don’t see any market subscriptions.
Why can’t I close my account?

2nd pillar and divorce

I am married in “separation of property”.
Found out that my ex wasn’t working or making any money during 1 year of your marriage (she has a decent paying job) when we did our tax return. Basically she made a fucking 16k and most of that is from another job at the end of the year. She was also contributing to another pension system outside of Switzerland.

Meanwhile I was making over 150k year after year.

We have been married since a few years and I did buy backs from my personal money because I was self employed (around 30k) and I had a plan paying the highest contributions.

How fucked is my pension? I read somewhere here that buybacks are split in the matrimonial system and others are saying no.

I honestly regret having a 2nd pillar while I was self employed. Should have maxed out my 3a where I get 15% performs these past years.

Is VIAC investing more interesting than IBKR for Swiss investors?

Currently investigating on 2 IKBR accounts via IBKR. I hold some gold (goal 5% allocation) and the rest in a diversified ETF. The ETF isn’t hedged but in a non-CHF currency.
Did anyone here see if it’s more interesting to invest via VIAC despite the 0.25% fee ? I am also looking into if my investment can be used as a security in the future for getting a loan to buy real estate.
So far the IBKR process is quite frustrating, especially the currency conversion via forex. I just want the least hassle with optimised fees.

Anyone here have RED-S also? How long was your recovery and what helped you the most?

My case began due to “clean eating”. Now I realise I might have been bordering on RED-S over the past two years. Things worsened in February while I was combining running and cross-country skiing. I wasn’t doing massive volumes like I used to so it caught me off guard.

Initially, I experienced fatigue creeping in mid-week. This was followed by concentration problems and sleep disturbances. I’d wake up between 4 and 5 am instead of my usual 6 am. In the evenings, I developed cravings and ended up eating gels before bed. I also felt cold all the time.

This was accompanied by frequent cold sores and a lack of progress in my training. I also developed foot pain while running, which turned out to be an irritated navicular joint. At some point, I caught a cold (Covid) that lingered on for ages. I couldn’t even stand up or hold my arm up at work for more than 15 inches. During this time, I lost weight and probably had the best body fat percentage I’ve ever had. It took me over three months to have morning wood again.

I’m still very sensitive to low energy levels. This weekend I cycled 35k and there was a climb at the end which completely drained me again even though I’d taken gels.

I think my ex keeps messing up my current relationships

For context we have a 50/50% custody. We do alternative weekends and have a split in the middle of the week.
My ex casually asked me via messenger if I were okay keeping our boy this coming Tuesday and Wednesday because she has to go somewhere for work. I agree. This was asked 11 days ago. So a circa 2 week notice.
What really annoyed me and were things get frustration is that 2 days ago, I learned that I also have to keep my boy on Monday. I learned this because I asked. Not because things evolved or were clearly established ahead of time.
Earlier a similar situation arose where I learned via my nanny that my ex planned to go somewhere for a week and hadn’t informed me. I learned this with about a months notice due to inquiring / my nanny.

I said I couldn’t back then because I planned a holiday.
This time the confusion has probably cost me a shot at an early relationship that was forming. We couldn’t find a moment to meet this weekend (its my off weekend, and I had understood we meet on Sunday) and then I also proposed Monday on which date she thought I wasn’t available….

What’s in your experience the best way to keep other chaos out of your life? This situation really pissed me off.

How come so many cardigans give this look?

https://i.imgur.com/TzLFx68.jpeg

Personally I find this very unflattering. I find cardigans tend to reduce shoulder width visually, attract visual attention to the torso and make it look like a rectangular blob. I have a rather good shoulder like, slim waist and I am tall yet cardigans seem to ruin my proportions in a similar way the model in the picture isn’t looking better because of it. If anything the white shirt underneath compensates somewhat for it.
I think it’s partially because of the shawl collar but not only. For me it’s also the way the tissue drapes around the body.
Can anyone provide some input into cardigans which don’t have this effect ?

How are the pleated chinos fitting ?

Quick question…the description is loose fit but on images they don’t look that loose. I am 6’1 170lbs low body fat and most of my muscles are in my quads.
Also how does their size 31 compare with other brands ? I had some great chinos from lululemon that are unfortunately discontinued that had an amazing fit (utilitech from 2022)
