Is there any website or something where i can download a specific show or a movie, and then put it in some sort of app on my phone to play it through offline anytime, im on android if its important.

Ive been looking to upgrade my current cpu, i have a r5 1600, and im looking for a good compatable cpu to replace it, i have a rx 6600 and ive been looking st a 7 5800x since i plan to upgrade the gpu sometime in the future, ill list my other components if needed to help
