How can I reduce my overall sleep time?
I am a student, and after attending classes and doing self-study, I have very little time left for my spiritual practice. I usually sleep 7–8 hours a night, and sometimes even more than 9 hours. How can I gradually reduce my sleep to 5–6 hours, or even 3–4 hours? How long would it take to adapt to sleeping less, and what is the best way to do it?
