Hi guys! I want to build a bigger, fuller, and more muscular physique while staying relatively lean. My goal is to improve my overall aesthetics and maximize muscle growth.
I have been working out since December 2025 but very, very inconsistent. First year OFW. Hirap mag adjust sa life pero pinipilit pa rin mag gym kahit papaano. But this time, mas mag focus na ako.
Current Program: Unfortunately, I can only go to the gym 2-3x a week but I train one muscle group per day/workout.
Chest: (all 12-15 reps, 3 sets)
Barbell incline press
Dumbbell press
Peck dec fly
Chest press
Back: (all 12-15 reps, 3 sets)
Lat pull down
Assisted pull up
Seated cable row
Bicep, tricep, shoulder: (all 12-15 reps, 3 sets)
Dumbbell press
Side lateral raise

Rope pushdown

Diet:
Not tracking it. I only eat the best way I can haha mag isa lang sa buhay so hirap mag prep.
Questions:
Should I continue bulking, lean bulk, or do a recomp at my current weight? (I noticed I got bigger belly fats once I started eating a lot)
Any advice on training or nutrition that would help me maximize muscle growth?
And my sleep is not very good too.
