What does one do when they spend hours working on a project with AI and they accidentally close the window and it’s all gone. Can it be retrieved?

I feel so frustrated. Several times I have had significant conversations that resulted in some brilliant ideas and then I accidentally touch the wrong key or something and I completely lose all those ideas and all of the time spent developing them. Or all the resources chosen for me to develop the thing I was doing. I’ve done this more than once and it is super upsetting. What can you do when this happen?

Has anyone been scammed by a person who actually is fraudulently calling herself

Internet genius and educator Sabrina Ramonav? This person contacted me as her on messenger got me to
Invest in some unknown fund and adamantly told me again it’s her. The number comes up as nothing, the person I gave 250 is a person who literally scammed go fund me , And for some reason I completely believed them. I follow her religiously so he must have seen that or something. I also need to report that Apppublishing is not exactly a fraud but lies about what you are paying for and the platform is so difficult it’s impossible to do then after a few days I asked for my money back and they kept offering me stuff and not refunding. Company is dodgy, platform is not at all easy and after you invest the grand there are several other fees they don’t let you know about so what your start up is about 2500. It’s completely lame for someone who is totally out of money and who is hoping to find some kind of side hustle that can help. I’ve really been scammed. This is the first money I’ve lost but I just feel like people are so desperate. They will steal from someone who is literally broke without any conscience. That’s what I have to report

I would like the communities opinion on using a cell phone for jobs?

I am a highly skilled iphonographer and have done some of my best work on my iPhone. I feel so much more comfortable shooting with my phone which is easy and light and can be used spontaneously. The results are very different shooting with my Nikon which intimidates my subjects primarily in third world countries. I primarily am an art photographer but get hired for portraits and events as well. Because of my clients expectations I would never shoot a professional job with my phone though I often think the work would be much better if I did. So I shoot with both. Tell me your thoughts on this. And if you shoit like do what do you say to your client to help them understand that it’s really my professional preference.

I would love some advice on how to get paying clients for my new venture as a full time photographer. I primarily have done art photography and have no idea how to support myself doing this kind of work.

I have been working on this for about 5 years. I have 30 years in fashion as a highly sought after respected fashion stylist / costume designer. I was booked back to back my whole career until I had to leave the business to return home to take care of my mom who had cancer. Initially I was told she had 11 months but happily she lived for about 9 years and was needed at home. When I returned to Los Angeles I decided it’s now or never and took some workshops, some classes and shot everyday until I felt that I was good enough to compete in this highly saturated market. I just finished a very cool job. I was hired to shoot pictures of Iconic Hollywood from the 50 and the shot came out amazing. The initial commitment was 6 pictures , 24 by 24 in black and white . They ordered 16 and want to look at other series for there 8 other properties they are developing.Next week a very cool boho hotel and Major branding portrait for a recording artist. These are primarily my first. It makes me uncomfortable to cold call and I’m not sure who or what I wound say. I’m pretty introverted. I am willing to work really hard but know the most successful photographers are not the greatest. They are fabulous at Buisness. I would love to get an agent but unlike the old days I am coming in with nothing. I really would

Do you find yourself going down a rabbithole when shopping? This may help

I am building an app called The \_ Pause. It is meant to recognize when you enter any shopping site and is meant to stop you and ask a few pertinent questions before you shop for a tv and end up with thousands of 10 dollar items you simply do not need. Apps like Temu and Amazon keep you hostage hypnotizing you into over spending when you’re bored or lonely or addicted or many other reasons. Is this a tool that would be useful to you?

I’m doing a presentation next week and I am concerned. I did an initial shoot for these people and they took my picture to advertise that this property was coming soon. Wasn’t sure what to say to be honest. So I was hired to shoot the art for inside a new apartment building and it occurred to me after I send these files to be reviewed by the client… they could take them and use them and what could I do? Other than watermarking which is ridiculous and can be easily removed. Is there a way to protect my work. It would be great if there was something that I could use so no one could copy and download. Is there a way to block people from taking your work? Thank you
