SR Loom 2.0 adds Head-Tracked game support!
https://github.com/effcol/SR-Loom/releases/tag/v2.0
This allows any OpenTrack, FreeTrack or TrackIR game to use the SR display's head-tracking!
This is similar to how the best official games like The First Berserker: Khazan, Hell is Us, Stellar Blade and Lies of P use the display's head tracking, allowing you to look around the 3D scene like a window.
You can choose between full tracking, or just head tracking without rotation, or just 3DOF rotational tracking.
Head Tracking can be disabled at any time, but by default is ready for a game with support to start and just work.
This includes 3D games with native Head Tracking to just work, games like:
- Assetto Corsa
- Assetto Corsa Competizione

yorkshirebylines.co.ukSR Loom v1.5 adds Looking Glass Quilt support!
SR Loom app makes any stereo3D image, game or movie (Anaglyph, SBS, Frame Sequential, etc.) display on Samsung Odyssey 3D and Acer SpatialLabs displays!
github.comCombined-View 3D images should be the default for online viewing.
This method works for both Cross-View and Parallel-View users, it doesn't exclude anyone, and it makes the images easier to fuse as they're slightly smaller on screen, and they are the correct aspect ratio.
For anyone who wants to make images like this, here's a PhotoPea Action Set that converts half-SBS 6k, 4k, 1080p and 720p images into this Combined-View format.

wiz3D v0.2.0 adds 3D Vision 'Direct Mode' game support for Tomb Raider, Hitman Absolution and Oil Rush!
github.comOpen-source project wants to bring stereoscopic 3D gaming back from the dead
techspot.comStereo 3D Restoration Project wiz3D latest releases include:
- DirectX 10, 11 and OpenGL test builds released for user testing!
- DirectX 8 booting into it's first game, AquaNox!
- Initial support for Nvidia 3D Vison games, including Batman: Arkham Asylum and Metro 2033 now working!
- DirectX 9 working on more games no longer limited to games iZ3D originally supported, includes Injustice: Gods Among Us, Antichamber and Sonic R.
- AMD GPUs on Windows now supported.
- Full Side-by-Side support for VR and AR headsets!
- Simulated Reality support for Samsung Odyssey 3D & Acer SpatialLabs Stereoscopic 3D Lightfield displays.
- Source Code released! It's messy, but it's there on a LGPL v2.1 license to keep these games working and open to the community.
It's still very early days in this project, lots of bugs, builds still not working fully, and very messy code, but I hope this project can keep these stereoscopic 3D games working for everyone for now on, in VR, AR and on Stereo 3D displays!
If you test any games (doesn't matter if they're not listed on the github), if they work or don't work, please let me know on Github or on the 3D Vision Discord! Logs are always appreciated! And code submissions are welcome! :)
New in 0.1.0 release:
- DirectX 9 builds released with 100s of 32 bit and 64 bit games working!
- DirectX 8 and 7 builds released for testing
- DirectX 7, 8 and 9 working on Linux and Proton
- Direct X games support Full SBS for VR, as well as all 3D outputs iZ3D did, as well as 64 bit Simulated Reality support for modern 3D displays like Samsung Odyssey 3D and Acer SpatialLabs.
- AMD HD3D games add Full SBS support (For VR and AR)
- Added compatibility with ReShade
- Stereo mouse working in HD3D
This should work on any DX9 game, and some DX8 and 7 games, but not all of them will be compatible. The ones listed on GitHub are just the ones that are listed as supported by iZ3D or have been manually tested.
There's more games than I have time to test, so if you do try games, please let me know which games, how they were, and any issues you had!
wiz3D is a iZ3D restoration project, turning iZ3D the old into a wrapper for DX7-11, OpenGL, AMD HD3D and 3D Vision Ready games.
Currently it's only released builds for AMD HD3D games, with only about 50% of the games working, and only in half SBS or Half TAB.
AMD HD3D games had stereo rendering built in, so getting them working was just a matter of getting the games to enable stereo output,a nd giving them a quad buffer surface to render to. iZ3D and 3D Vision games on the other had no native stereo rendering support, relying entierly on stereo injection.
DirectX 9 games are also already partially working, but aren't quite ready for release yet. And 3D Vision games are a bit of a long shot right now, as they will essentially just be iZ3D rendered games, but with their 3D Vision in-game options enabled, which for most just makes the UI and HUD more 3D friendly, and changes some sharers to work with 3D Vision. these will need to be got working, and then made compatible with iZ3D once iZ3D is fully modernised and working.
