Credit score keeps decreasing

I’ve been working on my credit for the past year aggressively. Started at a 510 and got up to 759 by end of 2025 but all of a sudden it stopped and started decreasing little by little. Haven’t missed any payments(the 1 missed payment was from 2023 by accident while being an authorized user on my brother’s cc) and utilization stays low.. I can’t for the life of me figure out why this is happening.

Also have a question on paying off cc’s.. my main cc that I use is with nfcu and the statement date is on the 24th but it says the due date is on the 24th as well. How is that possible? I usually pay it down to where it’s within 1-5% then pay it off 3 days afterwards. Could this be why my credit has stopped growing? Am I even doing this right? I’m not a know it all and I definitely don’t have much experience with handling credit as you can see. I’ve done this increase with my score all within a year and would like to keep learning so I can get more tradelines/funding options for me personally and my trucking business. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Had a big coolant leak last Tuesday morning on my 2019 KW T680 (MX13). Got it towed to Tolleson KW as soon as they opened @0600. Ended up getting the radiator replaced (shroud, drain/refill coolant, & ac recharged) and coolant lines at the fuel filter housing replaced as well. They started working on my truck @1028 last Tuesday and didn’t finish until this past Tuesday @0938. After picking up my truck, I drive exactly 22 miles to park at a truck stop near my home. Next night I head to my truck to go pickup a load but my headlights aren’t working. I start doing my processing of elimination and upon doing so I notice a slight Freon leak. Couldn’t figure out my head light issues but during the light test I noticed my headlights worked just fine. I go back to KW this morning to get this addressed since my lights were working perfectly fine prior to them working on my truck and same with the Freon leak, there was only a coolant leak. I get a call from the service manager a few hours ago stating that the lights needed a software update and that it’s no way the condenser leak is on them, that I could’ve had a rock hit it. With how long they took previously and the things they “found” and added makes me suspicious and now I have these 2 issues that were NEVER there until they worked on my truck. I drove 22 miles and been parked. They did a road test and found a code for the vgt actuator which I got changed also so how didn’t they notice an update was needed for the headlights if so?

Has anyone dealt with them or a similar situation? I got in touch with Paccar already so waiting to hear back on that but any help with experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated!
