I (40m) am in the process of getting married and moving in together.
Ive been suffering from gasses at night in the past 15 years or so. they also happen during the day but that less bothers me.
Naturally Ive been on different diets over the years but nights have always been gassy. (what always stuck with my diets are veggies and cheese).
Even when I have a long 11 hours sleep, Id still have gasses when I wake up. my bedroom really stinks and I dont know what to do.
Will any pills help if the gasses at night extend over 10 hours?

I (man) got the device today. I shaved and washed everything carefully.
The smart detector almsot always points on the highest level 5 (sometimes 4), but it hurts bad when I use it. I dont mind the pain, but I read it might damage the device or damage the skin and cause dark spots.
So I only use it on level 3. and Im afraid it would make the process very slow.
Anyone could share from there experience?

I want to host family and friends however my vegan cooking is not so good.
For example, id make curry with plenty of spices, coconut milk, tofu and veggies but it'd be just ok.
