Can we please do something about the self-pity posts?
You want a job ask for a job. Tell people what you can do.
Stop Giving Sob Stories!
Even if it lands you one you really think you will have any respect there?

So, this is just one of the hundreds of videos that I recorded while attending every possible concert in Lahore. Performances which can never be replaced. Self funded of course. Funny thing happened, I was deleting some old channels and accidentally deleted the current one.
Now, I'm starting all over again with the little content I have left and what I could recover from different places.
In the back of my head I'm hearing "never going to give you up" by Rick Atsley.
A view, comment, share or subscription would genuinely help 🖤
Hi!
It's been a long time since I posted here. I help online businesses stay organized and keep customers happy. I have 15 years of experience supporting customers across SaaS, fintech, hospitality, and e-commerce.
I can help with:
• Live chat & email customer support (Zendesk, Intercom, Crisp, LiveChat, HubSpot)
• Shopify product uploads, collections, tags, and product organization
• Manual QA testing for websites and apps (bug reporting, reproduction steps, UI testing)
• Documentation and SOP creation
• Data entry and internet research
I communicate clearly, pay attention to detail, and comfortable working with teams in US time zones.
Rate: $15/hour (or fixed-price projects)
Examples of work I can provide on request:
If you think I'd be a good fit for your project, leave a $bid below and send me a message with the details.
Thanks!
Over the last few years I've been on both sides of the table.
I've worked in customer support for US companies for 15 years, and outside of work I've spent countless nights trying to build businesses of my own. Some made money. Some never got off the ground. And some taught me lessons I wish I'd learned sooner.
One thing I've noticed is that small business owners (myself included) have a habit of solving the wrong problems. We obsess over logos before customers. We redesign websites before talking to people. We spend weeks picking names, colors and branding while ignoring the thing that actually keeps the lights on: making someone's life easier. Always been guilty of this.
When I started working on a coffee brand, I probably spent more time thinking about packaging and branding than I did figuring out how to get my first 100 repeat customers. (which I never did)
When I started planning a software product, I wanted to build every feature imaginable before proving anyone actually wanted it. The irony is that after spending years in customer support, I've watched thousands of customers tell businesses exactly what they need.
We just don't listen. Support isn't just a cost. It's free product research. The complaints tell you what to fix. The repeated questions tell you what isn't clear. The angry emails usually point to a broken process—not a bad customer (which is what we always think of them).
So tell me, what's the biggest lesson your business taught you that you wish you'd learned sooner?
Hey everyone,
If you're spending more time uploading products than growing your business, I can help.
I'm available to help Shopify store owners with product listing and store management so you can focus on sales instead of repetitive admin work.
I'm detail-oriented, quick to learn, and comfortable following brand guidelines. If you already have a process in place, I can jump in and get started with minimal supervision.
If you need an extra pair of hands to manage your Shopify store, send me a message. I'd be happy to discuss your workflow and see how I can help.
