NVIDIA Automatic Graphics Setting stopped working

I have a ASUS TUF F-15 laptop with intel i7 and RTX 4060 I had the graphics setting in the NVIDIA control panel set to automatic and it would switch to dedicated GPU in games and integrated for other stuff but recently i changed some of my display settings for better looking colors and now it automatically switches to DGPU as soon as laptop starts even while on battery power.

As a college student this is fine currently as its vacation but when college starts back up i will need higher battery life.

is there any way to make it so it uses DGPU in games and switches to IGPU when doing less demanding tasks (like it used to)

My current thinking is that its because of the display color settings i changed but i had the same settings first in intel GPU manager and it had worked perfectly

I had bought the earphones by seeing the triple pair feature but I am unable to use it as to connect with my phone I need to first unpair them from the pc and vice-versa

These are my first realme earbuds are there any solution for this

I have turned on the triple pair setting in the app and turned off LDAC as some people were saying that will work
