My new product packaging design (NOTHING ELSE, JUST MY PACKAGING DESIGN)

Hi All,

I would truly appreciate some feedback or advice, this is the second round packaging, self designed, has taken a long time as also taught myself how to do everything in AI (previously used Canva... Fiverr creators also all could not design anything near what was required, needed, described - (have existing, much more simplistic packaging)), wanted to add a bit of pzazz... please let me know any initial thoughts as well as recommended changes, thank you.

Followed recommendations by mods/others to allow more time and spend before asking for further assistance, since been 1 month now.

Hi All,

Important note: campaign/ads on Meta had previously had around 2 months of an average ROAS of 0.48 (terrible performance for quite a while, so had been reaching out here for some help, thank you to everyone this far!)

I have previously posted this twice:

15 days ago - https://www.reddit.com/r/PPC/s/Xufzoxk6pV

25 days ago - https://www.reddit.com/r/PPC/s/7hQtEvnB2G

I was told there was not enough/sufficient spend to make clear judgements, and was also told given the recent poor performance it was not smart to touch it yet either as it would be beneficial to allow it some more time, as it was stabilising.

So I left it (too many changes in a very short period last time was the reason it started performing very badly, e.g. few days before switching one campaign off the other one on... I was learning)

I have attached the photo of performance, any advice on what to do now/next e.g. switching off or adding new creative (if so, video, image, what type), idm, anything will help!

Thank you all😌😊

Excluding brand in PMAX with brand search campaign

Hi All,

I am still in the early learning stages of Google Ads, but have recently added in a brand search campaign, so PMAX stops claiming cheap traffic and I can see what is really going on.

Since establishing it works, I have now done 2 things.

  1. Added a brand exclusion to my PMAX campaign (my brand did not autopopulate so I have had to request my brand be made known).

  2. In this time, whilst I wait for brand to get added, I was thinking to add some brand negatives as the alternative to this being done by brand exclusions.

  3. A seperate change I also made to PMax is when under settings, feed used to have all selected feeds available (AU/NZ), and as this is only a AU campaign (yes location is also set to Australia) some spend was going to NZ feed, so set this to specific AU only feed.

Could I please ask for some guidance around the above 3 changes/ideas mentioned, thank you!😊

Previous post about long period of poor performance compared to new period of improved performance - everyone asked for more spend/days of campaign and ads running, so here that is

Hi All,

I previously posted after about 1.5-2 months of a 0.48 average ROAS, I turned everything off and started it up again after a couple days, with only winning/proven ads. I posted results with only 250 spend, everyone suggested allow more time/spend before making any decisions.

This is how it is looking now, does anyone have any recommendations on what should be done now, I do not want to negatively effect/harm what seems to be a good ad set, so a correct next course of action would be much appreciated.

The green is the one which has been running for 13 days now and has had $740 in spend, whereas red was only launched midnight last night and has only had $20 spend (being used as a low budget campaign to test new creatives.)

Thank you all.

Meta Ads (New campaign) - I have struggled with months of poor performance (10th April - June 26 my averaged ROAS was 0.48)

Hi All,

As mentioned, I have been struggling with months of poor performance, really poor performance on Meta, not too sure the exact cause, but have tried and tested everything, until finally deciding to turn off for a few days, and then run just the 5 best ads of all time (since launch on 1 Nov 2025), I am running Advantage+ Sales Campaign, with no custom audiences or interests, completely broad, on $50 a day), I sell a supplement BTW.

It Is finally starting to look slightly up, but I now do not want to make the wrong change, this new campaign has only been running for 5 days, any recommendations based off the image snippet of the ads - should it just be left, cut ads (heard this can ruin an ad set), increase budget, cut and introduce, duplicate and test other ads with ones not spending, I have no idea, so would love some help, THANKS!

Ongoing meta issues ADV+ Sales Camp - I have previously posted, taken on all the advice received, I have tried and tested all sorts of different Advantage+ Sales campaign set ups, broad targeting with no audience or interests, just a custom audience, just interests, custom audience and interests.

Hi All,

I have tried and tested everything previously recommended to me, I still cannot seem to get my campaigns moving.

They were previously working, I tried some new set ups, played around for a bit, and since cannot get them to generate sales again, have I ruined my pixel, what is going on, I am seriously lost, I have tried the old creatives I was previously running, I have tried endless new videos, UGC videos, partnership videos, multiple images, different variations of the images - I CANNOT NO MATTER WHAT I DO, GET THE CAMPAIGN TO GENERATE SALES AND BECOME SCALEABLE.

It is honestly driving me nuts !

If anyone has some time and is willing to look over the excel sheet of data or wants to message me to provide some further assistance, I could not thank you enough - I am not in the position to hire an agency (evident by current spend / results), hence trying to seek help from others or freelancers.

Suggest an audience meta, at $50 a day, should this be left blank or should custom audiences and detailed targeting be added under the suggest an audience section ?

Hi All,

I have been trying and attempting to get some specific help and clarification around this for a long time, and have seemingly not been able to get accurate, detailed or helpful direct advice.

PUT SIMPLY, at $50 a day, with low conversions, should I be adding LAL and interest based detail targeting, or should I be leaving this suggest an audience completely blank ?

The 2 pieces of advice I have received are as follows:

  1. Leave this section completely blank (this shows audience suggested size at 25 million, the entire country)

  2. LAL + interest based detailed targeting (this shows the audience suggested size at 240-280 thousand, a much smaller portion of the country)

I understand an actual look into the meta account and what is going on helps significantly, ANYONE, ABSOLUTELY ANYONE willing to have a short 10 minute google meet to actually look at my current set up is ABSOLUTELY WELCOME and this would be more than appreicated, I have tried and tested everything and cannot seem to get this right, could some WITH EXPERIENCE please help me and jump on a quick video meet or private message me, DESPERATE.

Meta campaign advice - am I doing something wrong with this small budget and low converstions ?

Hi All,

I sell a nutritional supplement in a very competitive space, lets just say I sell bags of protein powder (I don't, but I think close enough to give accurate advice based on everything else and closely related to my product, in the sense that they are primarily aimed at gym goers, but all people benefit), I am also running a Google PMAX alongside this, at the same budget.

So, my set up is quite simple, I am running:
Campaign level: (purchase campaign x1)
Auction / Sales / $50-$100AUD per day / it has sadly only brought 6 purchases from 1 May - 23 May
Ad set level: (x1)
Website / Maximise number of conversions / pixel / purchase / 7 day click, 1 day view, 1 day engage / 1% LAL view content, 3% LAL purchase, 150 day warm audience / Some interests selected under detailed targeting (9 total interests)

I have gotten 6 conversions since 1st May - 3rd June... there is obviously a big ISSUE

Questions:

1: Are there any issues with my campaign level or ad set level which stand out, such as too much information under suggest an audience section ?

  1. I have tried running $50 AUD a day and also $100 AUD a day, it seems they both are doing literally nothing, I have changed creatives with new videos and new images throughout this duration listed above and still nothing, multiple image ads, different angles, founder led image and video, UGC video (multiple ones) - what the fuck could be going on seriously, I feel like I have tested everything ???

  2. Should I start with $50 AUD and less ads until the campaign starts converting and then decide to scale the budget and add more creatives ?

  3. I am happy to be PM or for someone experienced to have a quick jump inside of my meta account, any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you 😊🙌

Advantage Plus Sales campaign - desperately need some accurate guidance on a fair few questions (will be extremely greatful as I cannot seem to get this right - HAPPY FOR ANYONE TO PM/DM IF THEY ARE WILLING TO LOOK OVER MY SET UP & CREATIVES)

Hi All,

I hope everyone is well and I would greatly appreciate some help from some experienced veterans in the meta ad space, especially post andromeda update.

I sell a nutritional supplement in a very competitive space, lets just say I sell protein bars (I don't, but I think close enough to give accurate advice based on everything else and closely related to my product, in the sense that they are primarily aimed at gym goers, but all people benefit), I am also running a Google PMAX alongside this, at the same budget.

So, my set up is quite simple, I am running:
Campaign level: (purchase campaign)
Auction / Sales / $50AUD / it has sadly only brought 6 purchases from 1 May - 23 May
Ad set level:
Website / Maximise number of conversions / pixel / purchase / 7 day click, 1 day view, 1 day engage / exclude purchase 90 days / No "include these custom audiences" / Some interests selected under detailed targeting
Ads:
TOF - 3 image ads, 1 video ad
MOF - 1 image, 1 video
BOF - dynamic carousel, 1 video

Questions: (If you need more information to answer, please ask, I will be more than happy to provide anything to assist and get some help)

  1. At the current budget, is this the correct set up for my business, or are there aspects at the campaign, ad set, ad level that are instantly incorrect or could be changed (yes, I understand testing is crucial, I have done this endlessly and cannot seem to figure it out, with multiple different campaign, ad set, ad level changes) ?

  2. I have received a lot of advice to not have anything whatsoever under the suggest an audience, however, remember I am at $50 a day, I tried this and the campaign did not generate any purchases, however, I may have not run long enough, so further advice on suggestions on this would be good, such as include LAL, remove some detailed targeting so there is 2 instead of my current 6-7 ?

  3. At the ad level, is my current ratio of image / video good, or am I better off opting for predominantly video ads at this level or predominantly image ads ?

  4. I really want to get it right so I can start scaling budget, I know I scale 20% every couple of days, e.g. my next change would be to $60 a day, which I would LOVE to be able to do, I just cannot justify doing this when the campaign is doing sweet fuck all, 6 purchases in over 3 weeks and a ROAS below 1, SMFH, META IS DRIVING ME FUCKING NUTS !

Anyone experienced who would be willing to audit or actually look over this, I will praise you, I will pray for you every night, I am so lost and so frustrated trying to figure this out, I have done loads of research / videos / reading as well as testing new creatives / different angles, I just do not know what else to actually do - everything I have done seems to be the right thing before asking for help, so yeah, would love someone to help.

Hi All,

I understand for Google and Meta it is recommended not to increase budget more than 20% at a time, otherwise it risks resetting learning.

Does the same apply to Amazon Sponsored Product Campaigns, or it is fine to increase budget however, I have an exact manual for each proven keyword, one is currently at $15 as was getting it working well, now that it is, can I increase to $25-30 at once, or only by 20% as mentioned above ?

Hey all,

So I had an Advantage Plus Sales Campaign set up from a freelancer, now managing myself, speaking to agencies and had a few audits done.

Something an agency said to me recently, in an Advantage Plus Sales Campaign, within the ad set, I should leave the audience completely blank, enter nothing in, whilst the original freelancer had set up include these custom audiences (look alike 1%, FB and IG engage), age, gender, 7 detailed targeting interests - agency advised 5 days ago, freelancer set up late October 2025.

Brand / Niche context:

Supplement brand, 2 products, flavour variations, AU market, launched 6 months ago. Spending around $50 a day at the moment, and definetely in the early stages of consistent growth and figuring out meta successfully.

  1. Should it be left completely blank with Andromeda update or have some things entered as the freelancer did ?

  2. The agency also advised to exclude purchases, is this now the correct course of action with only 1 Meta campaign running ?
