Applied for Kiwi and now I’m stuck in this page where they are asking me for bank statement. I have more than 10 credit cards from various banks but never had this happened. Also I’m confused as to how many months of statement should I upload? Can anyone who has been through this please guide me 🙏🏻. I currently use HDFC savings acc for various micro transactions and maintain around 20-40k monthly. Will this decrease my chances for approval? Any help/discussion helpful.

Purchased 14 of these like a week ago. Whenever I try to redeem them it shows card does not exist. Their support team is not toll free. Any one else facing this? Also would sending email work?
