what is the impact of lowering the PL4? I've tried it on my Ultra 9 275HX in my Lenovo Legion 15IAX10 and it significantly lowered my temperatures during Cinebench23 and Timespy.
I've lowered it from 243 to 180 and my average temperatures during the benchmark went minus 8 degrees.

I've purchased this laptop 2 months ago and I'm getting really sick of it. I've bought a Legion 15IAX10 with Ultra 9 275HX, 5070 Nvidia RTX and 32 GB RAM.
When playing CS2, I've noticed my laptop heats up very fast the last few days. Normally it was around 78-82 degrees average, now it's extreme to 90-91 degrees average.
I've tried playing in every power mode; Balanced, Performance, Custom with lower max power, but every mode has the same result. Thermal Throttling from the moment I launch CS2.
As you can see, I only push 80W max in the CPU, still it's throttling constantly.
I've run some benchmarks and in Timespy 3D I get 14.100 GPU and 16.300 CPU, which are average scores for my hardware. So there seems to be still some performance in the laptop..
My laptop is on a flat surface and I even opened it up and nothing is blocking the vents.
Do I need to contact Lenovo? Does anyone has a solution? Do I have bad thermal paste?

Timespy3D --> 14 431 score: Graphics Score 14 164 + CPU Score 16 163
Benchmarks were made in Performance mode, without any undervolting

I'm having lot's of microstutters and drops in my 1% lows fps while playing CS2 on my new Legion 15IAX10 Ultra 9 275HX and Nvidia RTX 5070. This configuration should be able to run CS2 smooth, but I'm getting a lot of thermal throttling and stutters. If tried different powerplans, but still my game stutters a lot. I really don't know what to do anymore..
Anyone has an idea? Or a similar problem and solution?

Here you see my average temps and 48% thermal throttling (I've lowered my max temp to 97°)
I really don't know what to do anymore.. I've got this laptop now for 30 days and in the beginning I got some thermal throttling, but recently it's enormous amounts.. My GPU is really cool, like on average 60°.

I'm currently using my Legion 15IAX10 Ultra 9 275HX + 5070 RTX for 1 month. I tested my hardware 15 days ago and got this timespy result: Time spy 19/05/26
CPU Score: 16 221
GPU Score: 14 094
I noticed framedrops when playing CS2, so I ran the Timespy test again today:
CPU Score: 11 344
GPU Score: 13 906
Massive drop in CPU score, my CPU is 99° C on average, while it was 82°C in the previous test.
Any idea what could be causing this??

I've been playing Counter Strike most of my life. Started at CS 1.3, all the way through CS Source, CS GO and CS2. I only play with a few of my friends, where I mostly am the top fragger. Never have I ever cheated, but a few weeks ago my friends got the warning that my trust factor went to orange. A few days later it was green again, and then 1 day later it suddenly was red.
Played 2 games today, I was teamkilled 3 times and reported by the enemy team 2 times. I suppose this will not positivily affect my trust factor. I don't know what to do. If my account is considered a low trust factor, then I don't know which accounts are green.
How does a player actually receive a lower trust factor?
The max temp for this CPU is 104 C, but HWinfo indicates thermal throttling at 88 C?

I'm a little bit worried about my temps on my new Legion 5 Gen 10 15IAX Ultra 9 275HX + RTX 5070 32 GB RAM. As you can see above, i've added my Cinebench 26 results. I've also added my temperatures over the duration of the test (10 minutes: Multi-Core + 10 minutes: Single Thread + 10 minutes: GPU).
Are the results as expected? And over the temps normal? Not too much throttling? I haven't undervolted the CPU (yet).

my new Legion 5 Gen 10 Ultra 9 275HX RTX 5070 is currently on battery conservation mode. Which makes it charging the battery until 80%. Last night I gamed some CS2 on performance mode and I noticed the battery had dropped to 77%. When I checked the 'battery history' it showed no app had used battery life. Is this normal? Can this be caused by simultaneously charging my phone through the USB-c port? Or is this just the conservation mode?

I have my laptop for 15 days now and all was fine untill this evening. I played some long CS2 session and monitored my temps on balanced mode: avg 76 degrees and 0% thermal throttling. Tried the same on performance mode, 80 degrees avg and 3% throttling. All good!
Untill this evening, I suddenly had 53% thermal throttling on Balanced mode. Rebooted and now it’s at 1%.
Anyone has an idea from where this could have come? My room temp is constant at 21 degrees

I'm getting washed out colours on my new Lenovo Legion 5 Gen 10 with Ultra 9 275HX and Nvidia Geforce 5070.
When I put my laptop on dGPU mode only the colours are nice, but when it's on Hybrid mode and runs on the iGPU the colours look washed out. I tried installing new drivers, but it stays the same. Anyone has a solution? My friend has the same model Legion as me but with a Ryzen 7 and he has much better colour saturation on his iGPU
