I understand the hot boiling tap water during the day, especially during afternoon when its so hot that your hands are literally burning and you cant even wash your BUM in peace bcz it also burns like crazy but it doesnt even change much at night, we still get very hot tap water during night. It never used to be like that until this Summer.

Taking shower is a whole chore because you cant shower the normal way instead you need to store water in a big bucket overnight.

My hand got a mild burn today during cooking, so i decided to put it under running tap water but of course the water was so damn hot it was burning my hand even more. Then I had to wash so many dirty dishes while my hand was consistently burning the whole time.

Surely this isnt a common problem because it wasnt like that last summer. I still remember taking shower at night due to the hot water during the day but now I can take shower at 2 AM and still not get cool or even normal temp water. Makes no sense!!!

Anybody else experiencing something similar?

Hello! Just around an hour+ ago my dad got a text that from Mashreq which said

"Invalid expiry date: Transaction of USD .00 at Visa Provisioning Service on -date- using card ending **** was declined"

He did not initiate this transaction and has no clue about it. He has temporarily locked his credit card from the app.

We have tried contacting the customer support but they are not picking up.

Few things I am concerned about, is locking the card safe? Can he unlock his card from the app or will have to go through the bank?

Any help is appreciated.
