I ordered a shrug and lodge pants and It’s the completely wrong thing, do they just send back the original order and I send back what they sent or what? I don’t know if they got my order mixed with someone else’s or what. How do they usually go about this.

Hey guys, I’ve talked to a couple bankruptcy lawyers and 2 of them told me only Chapter 13 would be possible because of the means test, but the last lawyer I spoke with thinks Chapter 7 is very doable.
Has anyone else had completely different opinions from attorneys like this? How did you figure out who to trust or whether you actually qualified for Chapter 7?

Hey everyone. I’m drowning in medical and credit card debt as I lost my job as well. I just got a new job and I wanted to ask what I should expect now regarding Chp 13. I’ve talked to 2 lawyers and they said chapter 13 was the only doable option. I am wondering if I should do that, or do a debt consolidation loan, or just try to get settlements with my creditors instead. I’m so new to this and I’m lost on what to do. I’ve gotten diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and I’m terrified. Any tips or advice is welcome. I’m around 75k in debt in all. Credit cards, loan, buy now pay later, and medical bills.
