Hack I thought of for cleaning the outside of your retainer easily:

Right after you’ve cleaned your teeth and put your retainer in, brush your teeth agin, but with your retainer on. It is so much easier cleaning the outside of the retainer, vs holding it in my hand.

Also, make sure you’re brushing at least twice a day, and floss every night. Floss picks are the best for me, especially since I have a permanent retainer as well, and can use the pick.

Help finding a dress almost exactly like this??

I’ve been trying to find a white short dress like this, with that amount of puff with the skirt and the sleeves like the picture.

Ive searched Amazon, the original video where she said she got it from, and she got it for as the base for a more formal dress, but I really want it just like this.

Exactly one year ago today, I finally got a haj, after years of wanting you, I finally got you. And now I absolutely love sharks, not just IKEA ones.
