Cranks have millimeters clearance on the 6 o clock position. I just scored a kids bike with 127mm cranks and V2.0 works great with the dual 20 inch wheels. Both pics are V1.0, with 145 mm cranks, only working with a road wheel in front.
I honestly have no idea what to call it, a funny bike? Clown bike? Mini velo? I saw someone post a bike similar to this on either this subreddit or on Facebook it was like some tall old 27-in road bike with yellow mag wheels that looked pretty sick and I thought, why not?
I had this old frame lying around and bought a $30 old kids Electra 20-in cruiser for the coaster brake wheel because obviously you can't use brakes on this. The cranks I will use on another project but I just had them lying around and there were the only cranks short enough that wouldn't scrape when it was pedaling forward.
Obviously this bike sucks and cannot turn while pedaling lest you get pedal strike and that's no fun. As you can see in the last picture I put a 700c road wheel for one of my road bikes on there and lo and behold I can actually ride this abomination!
Now you may ask yourself why the hell would I do this? Well there is a group ride every first Friday in my city and I decided what the hell, I'll ride this funny ass contraption. Maybe I'll throw some color lights around it.
Parts I had laying around;
Sr sakae 24 inch frame set. Stem and handlebar from a kids 18in bmx. Wheels from kids cruiser. Blackburn MTN rack. Sinz 40t chainring. Bmx technologies mini crank 145mm. Shimano sealed BB. Generic seatpost and saddle.
First meal of the day, Oscar Meyer bun length, hormel chili, great value cheese and bun. Iced tea.

The white and orange cat is named Whitey, or dirty white boy. I'm a foreigner fan, and he is literally pigpen incarnate. He can't resist being layered in dust and whatever he lies on in the yard. He turned 10 this month. I rescued his litter in 16' working at a park n rec, someone left him and his siblings in a box at the park near a trash can. I immediately took them home and over time unfortunately he is the sole survivor. He's the best.
The tabico is named Scarlett, or scarby. 1 1/2 ish year old. They both have a dozen nicknames I won't get into in this post. She came around my garage last year about this time I had a chicken salad I was eating and she smelled the chicken I guess. She was weary about us, her being a young stray of course. About a week or two she was comfortable enough that we CDS her indoors.
She immediately took to him and as you can see, he loves and hates her. She gets twice daily mandatory grooms, and he'll hiss if he's not in the mood.
Anyway this is the first of many posts of the old man and his young ward he involuntarily has custody of.

I'm doing or in the process of doing a multi-part video explaining the bike and my plants for it specifically to make it an electric super cargo bike with a trailer and big fat rack in the back but I haven't gotten that far just seeing if anyone would be interested in a video series.
I didn't know a 12 speed cassette, der and shifter added 1100 to a bicycle but I'm seeing this more and more. Not saying it's xbikings fault, but what's causing all of this?
11 speed ultegra. Carbon fork, crank, bars, seatpost. Has a drop bar I put on occasion.
