My retaining wall is completely fucked

I’m not sure this is the right sub for this? I moved into this house last fall and didn’t really notice until recently that the retaining wall seems like it’s going to collapse into my driveway sooner than later. I have a large 50+ year old maple tree on the other side of my house and we often get quite a bit of bad weather here so I’m guessing my soil is expanding beyond what this wall could handle. I don’t know.

I’m guessing it’s going to need to be completely torn out and replaced? How urgent is this, should I be calling somebody asap? Who do I even call? Do I Google masonry expert near me? Is it possible at all to reuse some of the bricks or stone or whatever it is so it can match my walkway and garden bed on the other side of my house? Is it otherwise easy to find matching brick like this? How much of my grass and soil will be removed and replaced? What exactly needs to happen here so this doesn’t happen again?

My compost smells like a forest after the rain

Very new backyard composter doing so in a 32 gallon composter tub box with holes and no bottom. I’m mainly winging it trying to maintain a 1/3 greens and 2/3 browns ratio. But by no means am I measuring anything or paying attention beyond vibes. I basically put whatever produce and seafood waste I have leftover and anything that falls into my backyard. I have a huge maple tree and my neighbors have plenty of trees too. All the dead leaves and bark I saved from last fall are going into this compost.

Anyways it’s definitely not ready, I only started filling it 1.5 months ago and it’s about half full. I only plan on using it every 5 ish months so I don’t mind slower breakdown. Today I really got a whiff of it and noticed it smells absolutely wonderful? Exactly like a forest after rain. I never really smelled much from it until today but is this normal? Is it just new? Does the smell mean it’s working?
