MyMiniCity - a forgotten piece of the internet from the early 2000s, I revived it. Start your city and with every click your link gets, you can watch your city grow!

This project was shut down after Flash became deprecated, and the studio that ran the project left the source code open. I recreated it using today’s technology.

Back in 2007, there were no influencers. If you had a huge city with a population of over 10,000, you were what we would now call an influencer.

Basic game rule: You share a link of your city, and each time someone visits it and press "Support the city" button, you get a new inhabitant and your city grows (more buildings, roads etc.)

This is an example of my citiy: Zagreb

Eevery city is unique and has its own deterministic growth formula.

The game is free, of course, but just to be clear: this is only a fan revival project.

Any baby tracker recommendation that is free?

I know how to search the subreddit, but most of these are either not free (anymore) or lack some features I would like to have (milestones, red flags, what's develooping at each stage/colic timelines etc)

I come from low income country and most western(US/EU)-based pricings are way too high for me.

Vjesnik u igri MyMiniCity: zaboravljeni dio interneta iz 2000-ih koji sam oživio, al sa našim motivom (za sad samo Vjesnik).

Ovaj je projekt ugašen nakon što je Flash deprecate-an, a studio koji ga je vodio je ostavio open source igre.

Davne 2007. nije bilo influensera. Ako si imao ogroman grad s više od 10.000 stanovnika, bio si ono što bismo danas nazvali influenserom.

Osnovno pravilo igre: podijeliš link svog grada, i svaki put kad ga netko posjeti i klikne gumb "Support this city", dobiješ novog stanovnika i tvoj grad raste, pojavljuje se više zgrada, cesta itd.

Igra je podrazumijeva se besplatna, bez reklama sa CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licencom. Ovdje sheram čisto ako se netko sjeća te igre i možda mu se probudi nostalgija pa želi probat izgradit svoj Vjesnik.

Since I used some logic and assets from their open-source project, and today’s technology works differently, you might find some drawings on the map displayed in a strange way. I fixed everything I caught, but since every city is unique, let me know if you find anything overflowing or looking weird.

The game is free, of course, but just to be clear: this is only a fan revival project.
