Need trailer tires

I need 5 total tires. 2 for the boat trailer. 2 plus a spare for my utility. I will mount them myself. Don’t want to spend a lot for them. Good places to buy cheap tires? Is there like a Rockauto for tires? Straight from a manufacturer.

Has anyone mounted the relay box onto the winch itself? Need a removal winch solution using a 12v constant plug thinking of 3d printing a bracket that hugs the motor part to mount the relay box.

Adding my battery maintainer.

I want to install the main part of my battery maintainer here for easy access and to be able to check the charge levels easy with the boat cover on. Problem is that what I want to mount it to is the outside aluminum hull. It is a part of it that rarely (or never) go under water. Can I just drill my 2 holes through and use stainless steel bolts with a little bit of silicone on the heads? So the head of the bolt will be on the outside of the hull.
