I’m using the mix feature to see the BPM of songs I want to use in my beat-driven workout class that I’m programming. when I listen to the song on its own it’s about 15 seconds longer than it is when I turn the mix feature on. does anyone know why?

not sure if this is the right place for this but does anyone have tips on how to program music for sculpt routines? everytime I think I have the right BPM for a sequence it ends up feeling too fast or slow.
I want to wear all three of my Loves every day but trying to balance them. Thoughts on this? What should I remove/add?
