Fairly new investor here, who has gotten lucky from having a managed 401k during my time at a previous employer to accumulate a majority of my wealth. I am just now starting to self invest in iras, funds, etc. Including self managing new 401k investments through my new employer.

Long story short, I'm a father of 3, am currently 40 and plan to retire in 19 years at 59.5.

I currently have about $810k across all my investments.

I've gotten good growth so far from a heavy US split but now want to start to slowly hedge my bets a bit more internationally.

Looking for a "new steer" on boglehead us vs ex us vs stable mix, especially as we are entering some strange times with the us economy on shakier ground in recent days and a lions share of the us stock market being so tech focused. Here's my current mix across everything vs my desired target mix from some brief analysis and consulting of claude.

Claude advised for more of a 40/30/30 mix.

I understand the difference between the two in terms of composition across us stocks and that vti carries more diversification and less risk...but what else am I missing?

I was getting all sorts of nerve related pain especially when sleeping, which after some testing I determined that acetaphetamin wasn't helping those symptoms so I stopped taking it. Things seem to be improving. Just thought id share.

New bunny owner here with a much loved bunny across my wife, myself, and 3 little kids.

Are there any major risks of getting a 7 month old male bunny neutered? I want to make sure we plan for it to happen at the time when there is the lowest possible risk of him dieing. I heard buns don't always react well to anesthesia.
