Hypothetical: How would guys handle waiting until 40 for a relationship ?

Aristotle claimed that the ideal age of marriage was 42 for men and 18 for women, Jung claimed that life begins at 40 and a lot of people today claim that age gap relationships are optimal. However in that case, lets assume a hypothetical scenario for intellectual honesty. Lets say that every guy stays sexless until 40 when he marries and 18-24 year old woman, no loopholes or it would be intelectually dishonest for the people that defend this argument.

Both Jung and Aristotle were intelligent, however what I fail to comprehend here is the psychological impact that this prolonged unfulfilled hope would create, it would be mentally simpler for younger men to give up the hope to mate and let go off the frustration that comes with the destruction of their ego, the ego could potentially not be able to take zero reward, rejection and witness other men do what you want while unable to act on it for 20 years straight.

This makes no sense for the male ego to chase status and power for 20 years with no reward while being reminded of its inferiority simply to chase a distant romantic goal, I might just be dumb but I cannot understand the answer to this hypothetical, maybe you guys could explain the psychology behind that better in the comments.

Celibacy increases your chances of ascending the planetary spheres

All animals thrive to reproduce, humans being animals the same thing applies to them. However if someone devotes himself to celibacy and never gets laid then it would by nature differentiate him from animalistic instincts since no sane animal takes the initiative to not reproduce.

By this logic it then means that consciousness would elevate to a new level by separation of natural instincts. Both Jesus and Buddha were celibate

Are age gap relationships biologically ideal ?

I heard a guy tell me the other day that age gap relationships were ideal because men and women have different biological clocks (yes sperm mutation is possible but the advantages outweigh the inconvenients). Purely from this perspective it would sadly make total sense that a 15 to 25 year age gap when women reach the ages of 18-26 is the ideal in nature.

Most mammals adopt a similar pattern (lions, chimps, elephants) and humans in nature would have had to survive on their own The key concept is embodied capital theory (Kristen Hawkes, Hillard Kaplan’s work on hunter-gatherers). Human foraging and hunting skill has an unusually long learning curve compared to other primates hunting returns among groups like the Hadza and Ache keep climbing until men’s 30s-40s. So a 40-year-old man isn’t past his provisioning peak the way an aging lion is past his prime.

However I was wondering if this was also true purely from an anatomical perspective since I covered both biological and survival perspective.

Age gap relationships are biologically optimal

Aristotle claimed that the ideal age of marriage was 42 for men and 18 for women, because women would offer their youth and peak heard while men would offer status and stability.

Men and women both have different biological clocks naturally which might also indicate that an age gap is ideal by nature, if the 2 mature at different ages and end fertility at different ages then it makes sense that the man being older is more natural than him being the same age.

I am an 18 year old btw so this has no benefit on me before you guys think that, it’s just kinda sad. But most mammals show this pattern (lions, chimps, elephants), at the primal level medecine was non existent so the best way to guarantee the survival of the offspring would be if women got married young to men that could have status and provide
