Is this mold or something else? And how to clean it ?

Cleaning before going out of the dorm room for the summer. Bottom of the wall next to bed is black. I am unsure if it is mold or humidity made dust stick to the wall, or something else.

From my experience with mold it is... much more "colorful" and hairy looking. This ain't either.

So if it is mold I need to report it, if not I need to clean it, or if it is too much work report it still.

So what is it, can you offer any help, do I need to take a better picture.

Any advice is helpful, thank you in advance!

What brand essential oils do you use?

I am trying to make my DIY beard oil, would prefer to add some scent into it, essential oils and such.

Saw online some things like don't use this or that brand or don't use aroma therapy essential oils, and similar things about essential oil safety.

Now I am in a bit of conundrum, I have no idea what to get.

So could you help me and recommend me some brands you use or know are safe on the skin (face if it matters specifically)?

P.S.

I am from Croatia, I am unaware of the state of skincare availability in my country, but as long I can order it at least through some european domain amazon, iHerb (or maybe another site you recommend) it should be good.

Imate li preporuke za kvalitetnog stomatologa preko HZZO-a.?

Negdje okolo Trešnjevke po mogućnosti, ako imam izbora idealno bi bilo da se može stići do njih kroz 40ak minuta sa Remize/Ljubljanice.

Nisam dovoljno upoznat sa Zagrebom da imam dojam je li to razumno, nadam se da je.

So just a question because I can't stand it anymore.

Are balm and butter same stuff or is butter here for nourishment and gives no hold while balm is for styling?

And if they are different how to differentiate if everything has balm on the label?
