I just wanted to draw a comic with Marky Toppe. He’s an evil bastard but he’s probably the character I’ve drawn the most just due to how much I like his design. he’s also the only character I’ve ever made to have a real life hatedom

sometimes it’s for character reasons, sometimes to show a character is just worn out, and other times it’s because it would drive a man mad to draw that outfit so many times
it’s always that ONE pose too
I know there are some versions of this trope that work like when a villain doesnt really want to kill the hero but also it’s just kind of infuriating sometimes
Also I couldn’t think of a cool villain design so I just drew Dedan with horns. you can tell in the panels I put effort into

I don’t know if this is a common trope or if the same artist just has like 50 different series but I keep seeing shit like this come up in my feed. Like gee thanks for the same generic white guy x monster girl pairing EVERY FUCKING TIME. I guess I’d do the same shit if it was the only thing stopping me from flipping burgers for a living
