Coming off a really shitty cold recently, but I used the time I spent cooped up at home to draw this, based off of the Coronation Banner where Monarch is doing the thumbs-up

I also main monarch now. I used to main north star, but I was very frustrated at one point and I just decided to try out something else, and I’d never played monarch before, and then I realized I just really like how Monarch plays and I was hooked. I still suck ass though

started reading the Manga a few months ago after falling in love with the designs of the Silicon Life I saw scrolling. Was feeling kind of burnt out recently and so I just drew a weird cyborg character based on them. Assigned a weird name I thought of waiting for a bus.

like bro just let them have powers instead of being like “I need my special robot suit that gives me shark powers!” just let bro be a shark mutant or smth

also I was going to make Hand Man’s redesign have some more stupid shit but I forgot and I’m not going back to fix it

I used to think a lot about how bug humanoids would sleep, and I concluded it would probably be hanging upside down, standing up, or on their stomachs, because sleeping on top of your wings and abdomen would probably be very uncomfortable and hurt in the morning, especially if they have a large abdomen like that can’t be good back support
She has a big abdomen

please mods this isn’t a strawman this actually happens

it’s always something like “I don’t think the swingler should be used.”

”Well let’s say there’s a limbless child who can’t move his body at all except to use the swinger, and his dying wish is to use the swingler. What then?”

and like yeah man I guess the swingler would be okay to use then but I don’t realistically think that’ll ever happen

hello! New to drawing Mecha here! I thought I was very good at it, but turns out I’d been basing that assumption off of a few old sketches and so actually trying again hit me like a truck. To tell the truth, while I think these guys look cool, they don’t actually do anything in the story? I’m pretty sure only one is ever deployed, and its pilots eject before it even hits the ground. All the others serve to be cool shit in the background or to be destroyed by the villains. They’re the biggest thing on the front cover of the book they appear in for god’s sakes, but they never do anything significant!

Rant out of the way, I used to read the Amulet graphic novels all the time as a kid. And these machines were my first introduction to mecha. And because I thought they were so cool, I used to draw them all the time, but I could never make it look good. Well, now that I’ve gotten older and more skilled, I decided to fulfill what I‘d always wanted to do as a kid, and draw one of them. draw one well, I mean.

Sidenote: I thought for the longest time that Messmer from SOTE did this but he doesnt

This is based off my last post which I felt was a little too focused on making Roaring Fraud jokes, because as I stated there I don’t really think the Knight is a fraud, I just think it’s funnier to write an egotistical chud.

I also made it because Flowery is my GOAT and I wanted to draw more Omega Flowery.

I think it’s partially because of a few bad stories with this trope and partially because of Reddit’s obsession with revenge

I wouldn’t really call myself an actual believer in Roaring Fraud, but I just generally don’t think the Knight is cool for reasons I can’t go into right now. I just really like writing them as a self centered awkward chud with little to no self awareness (hey, that’s me!) but who wields immense power, but doesnt know how to properly use it (kind of like Hal from Megamind, if you will)

massive Sheary (yes that is their name) upscale

One of these things isn’t like the other. It’s not the mammal man. The mammalian man. the most human human human human to ever live on the earth. He fits in. But do say his name(’nt). he Will appear. And YOU wiII love It.

“heh (swishes hair back awesomely) spelling is loser-thnk”

In other news, Alpha Monotown needs me, so I might not post here for a little bit while I do some other stuff. sorry if some of the text is difficult to read on the background it was out of my control

I can do these relatively easily so I’m gonna do a few today

i suck at making backgrounds

kinda hit a block lately so I just doodled a character design

experience is probably nice, but also slightly horrifying.

I recently watched Backrooms and it was quite good. I thought the final threat was a bit goofy in concept but it was actually pretty interesting in practice. It’s also kinda creepier seeing it in behind the scenes photos

also this is kinda just about how I forgot about Mister Insightful’s existence for a while

Done by request, I can do more

oh yeah let’s make the fast attacking boss who teleports around the arena be an absolute tank as well that’ll be great

I just find the design extremely cute, I’d be willing to draw more of her but I don’t really know what

I mean I’d be open to suggestions
