This post is for the oura reps

Can oura please start providing a summary of what the software updates are changing/adding?

It would be nice to know what we can expect when our software updates.

New Polar H10 user

Just tried using this thing for the 1st time today for a tennis match and all it picked up was me walking to the courts.

Everything seemed to be paired properly and it looked like it was tracking but after 45 minutes all it recorded was me walking to the courts.

Is there something im missing here??

Still on the fence due to the expensive subscription

Ive been really interested in the whoop for awhile now, but the subscription is a hard pill to swallow.

For those that have one, given all the current options in health trackers, what is it that sets whoop apart??

Also, what tier of subscription are you on?

Whoop or fitbit air?

I have an oura 4 and thinking about adding a more dedicated fitness tracker.

Been looking a whoop and the fitbit air, does anyone have any experience with both?

The whoop subscription is a real put off and im leaning toward the air, I know the air has a subscription also but its not as steep.

Just looking for recommendations between the two

Currently have an oura 4 and considering a whoop but ...

The yearly membership seems excessive, what would I gain from the whoop that im not getting from the oura?

And those that have the whoop, any regrets?

Recommendations on how to get more flexible

Always, always been stiff and want to try to limber up to avoid injuries and not be so sore all the time.

Seems like a stupid thing to ask about, but ive never thought of having a stretching routine. Is yoga a good place to start.

I enrolled in the oura labs blood pressure study and use it to track my daily BP measurements.

It would be much more convenient if I could add the BP to the shortcut menu instead of having to go through oura labs.
