I have 24k rank in comedk, i want to secure a decent college in r1 itself.
I have some doubts,
Is it true that dsce>dsu>dsatm for placements.
How strict is the college.
How much is mandatory attendance.
Connectivity to the main city.
If i am joining from comedk, will scholarships given for (50%ile in jm and 60% in 12, given?)

Hello seniors. I have 24k rank, I want to secure a decent college in round 3 itself, I have 24k rank. By the reviews i will put rnsit above cmrit it seems, though same placements, rnsit just seems to be a chiller place with good faculties and good coding culture (correct me if I am wrong).
But, my board marks are very bad, which is the only reason I am hesitant as rnsit has a lot of cse intake. Do recruiters shortlist based on boards marks ? If not, then what is the shortlisting criteria?
I know r&ai is in the mechanical department.
But I also heard that companies do allow, rai students to sit for interviews and aptitude tests.
Is this true?
I don't want to submit my original documents, can I give digilocker wala print out?
I might take this college and look out for other opportunities alongside it in my first year. As in partial drop.
Will the college penalize me and take like 14lakhs from me ? Even if i leave after 1 year?

I am currently making a list of colleges to put in for my comedk counselling.
NIE mysore is in top 5 comedk colleges, therefore I am asking some of my personal doubts.
I once read, that you need to be in the top 100 in cse dept for you to be shortlisted for dream jobs(10lpa+), is it true?
Boards % requirement for shortlisting? If i give boards improvement and provide the result card later, will my score be updated?

I think, i did good enough with my comedk. Not rvce cse level but good enough for a decent college.
But my boards went really bad, (63%, 59.33% pcm aggregate)
And now I am really confused if i should study via comedk, spending 15-16lakhs minimum. May whichever college I go to.
As I don't know how placements works. Will there be any issue with be getting shortlisted?
Is it worth it to spend that money?
Please give me an idea about it.
I am 2 marks short of getting 60% in PCM.
WILL I ACCEPTED?
At one place it is showing KIIT is very strict with 60% criteria. At another place it is showing that they now accept PCM aggregate till 50%
I am very confused. Please help.
