Does anyone drink the Fairlife Core Power protein drinks? They claim to have 26g and 5g of sugar. I was planning on using it as a breakfast option. It’s 170 calories per bottle.
Has anyone here completely rebuilt their OBS Chevy A/C system?
I’m talking about replacing or rebuilding everything—evaporator, condenser, compressor, accumulator, orifice tube, lines, blend doors, actuators, heater core if needed… basically bringing the entire HVAC system back to factory performance.
I’d love to hear from anyone who’s done it.
Was it worth the time and money?
Did it end up blowing ice cold like it did when it was new?
Were there any parts that were especially difficult to source or replace?
If you did it again, what would you do differently?
I’m considering doing the whole system rather than piecing it together, and I’m looking for real-world experiences before I dive in.

Is that dry socket? I had my tooth removed on Sat at 11am, it is now Tuesday morning where I am. Pain during the day is about a 3/10 but when I lay down for bed I get woken up around midnight with 10/10 pain, take Advil and Tylenol and it doesn’t go away till around 2am or so. It’s been happening for the past 2 nights. Is it normal at this stage of the extraction?

I work in Richmond close to No. 2 and Steveston Highway all week. I take the tunnel to get there and it’s no problem coming from Delta in the morning at 630am but the commute home at 330-400 is an absolute nightmare, just to get into the tunnel, my question is what time would be best to leave, I’d hang around Richmond until the traffic clears. I am starting my weight loss journey, I am 41M and weigh 260LBS, been heavy for most of my life, also battle with alcohol issues as well but I am quitting. I plan on eating Greek yogurt with blueberries or egg white omelettes for breakfast and for lunch and dinner I will be eating ground turkey, mixed vegetables and jasmine rice. Don’t plan on cheat days or anything. Also will be exercising but starting light with 30 min daily walks either on a walking pad indoors or an outdoor walk. I’d like to try to get down to 200LBS by the end of this year. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
