What you'll do:

Cold and warm calling to convert leads

Work with our CRM to track and manage the pipeline

Run ad campaigns under guidance from our marketing lead, who has scaled a startup from 0 to ₹1cr

What we're looking for:

Strong communication skills — confident on calls, good listener

Prior CRM experience preferred (not mandatory)

Interest in marketing/growth, willing to learn ad platforms hands-on

Compensation: ₹5,000–15,000/month, based on experience
