They s**med me (AIRTEL WIFI/FIBRE)
I used to live in an rental house for 2 years. I took their plan. I put for disconnection request on April month two times. There was no call or connection request from their side. My connection was shifted to postpaid and I didn't know much about it. I put a disconnection request again and they called me on 3rd July and said "pay 540.55 rs and there will no bill anymore. Your wifi will be put to hold". I didn't call record that call that's my fault but since all customer care calls are recorded they should have recording of that call ig. They didn't even mention any charges for keeping wifi on hold for two months, I asked about charges and they said no bill and no charges. Today just after 3 days of mental peace another bill of "604 rs" is given to me for another month bill cycle. Also there was safe custody charges with it. I request for late fee waiver and it reduced to 486 rupees. Now they say pay this amount and then we can disconnect. What type of sc*m is airtel doing these days?
