I've always been around people who love perfume but the perfumes are mostly florals. Now I wanna be able to identify notes on a perfume without looking it up at Fragrantica or Parfumo. How did you guys train your nose? Like right now I can only identify musk, rose and tuberose. I wanna know how patchouli, vetiver, orange blossom, oud and iris really smells like. Is there like a patchouli or orange blossom fragrance oil that I can buy so I know how it smells on its own and then be able to point them out in a perfume?
