Voice recorder or a instrument?

Hi everyone, I'm planning to post this here to get some advice. I'm currently looking into the Denver concert ukulele and wanted to know if it's a good choice. For those who have played it, how is the sound quality and build? Is it worth the money for a beginner/intermediate player? Thanks in advance for any insights!

Because the standard tuning of the strings is different. I'm not sure how significant the impact is.
