So I’m taking 7Stax. I’m gonna buy SR with my upcoming check. I’ve heard the term preload. I understand that I need to taper my dose as I introduce the SR for a couple of days. Then, jump to taking SR only. After that, taper the SR doses by half? What should my initial doses be? Will I still be able to go to work? If I could not have the anxiety and RLS I can muscle through whatever else. I’ve heard a lot of good things. Some of you are saying I need like 5 grams of SR. Others are saying I need way less. I need a guide. I need someone who’s stopped taking MGM with this. I’m not taking 7oh.

So, my girlfriend has been feeding our newborn exclusively from her breasts for 2 mos. Just this week, her left nipple has developed a milky, chapped-looking blister. I’ve known her to be pretty good with pain tolerance but this has her in agony :( Her left boob is firm and enormously engorged with milk. I don’t know how to help this poor mama. Not only is the milk stopped up, but it KILLS her when our little baby boy latches. This is on top of his moderate lip tie. Anybody have any tips, please?
