Slide won't extend?

Slide won't extend?

So got a 2010 KZ Spree 324BHS with a through frame slide system. Won't extend this trip. It's making a clicking sound when trying to extend, and a louder clicking sound when trying to bring it in. It's fully retracted at the moment. Sound is coming from down under the floor so I'm assuming the motor. Any suggestions? I found the manual extend/retract on the door side of the unit, but it doesn't seem to be attached to anything - it just free spins and I can pull the nut/rod out. Not sure if that's meant to happen or not....

2nd row console options?

So wife just got her new ride - '26 ST-line with the 2nd row captains chairs. She's wanting a console or something to put between the seats that will give the kids some cup holders/place to put their stuff, as well as help keep the dog in the back. I can see a few different options on Amazon, just wondering if anyone has one that they would recommend?

Thanks!

What grade of bolt on PTO shaft?

SO I have a MF GC1705 with a MF58 rough cut mower both of which I enherited from my father in law, but I'm pretty new to the tractor world as a whole. I broke the shear bolt at the tractor end of the PTO, where it connects to the tractor. It's a 5/16 bolt. I googled and found that I should probably use a grade 2 bolt. Ordered some and got it connected - but it's snapping it as soon as I engage the PTO. So what bolt should I use? grade 5? Will that be too much? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Windshield replacement cost - does rain sensing cost more?

So we're looking at trading up my wife's 2016 Explorer with a '26. Either a ST-line or Platinum, not decided at this point. One thing I'm concerned about is we live in central Alberta where gravel on the roads in the winter is just a way of life, and we can expect to need a new windshield every 2 years or so (we've been lucky with my wife's explorer and only put one on it, but I need one like clockwork on my F150 every 2 years).

I know some vehicles with the rain sensing wipers require a stupid expensive windshield, but is that the case with the Explorers? Or do they use a different technology that doesn't need a special windshield?

Thanks!

Low energy 8 month old lab pup?

So got a 8 month old lab pup.  He’s been great so far, learning so much, trying really hard to please us etc.  2.5 or so weeks ago he got a pretty sore paw – looked like a yeast or infection in the paws.  Was limping, didn’t seem to have much energy etc.  Except when we got to the vet – he was bouncing off the walls excited just to be there. Had to wrestle him down so the vet could even look at it etc.

So got some cream and soap etc, and a week later his paw seemed back to normal. Except his energy really hasn’t come back.  He’s happy to go for a walk etc, but he just lays around the house.  This morning I got up and he was sleeping on the stairs landing he half sat up and watched me walk by. Normally I’d expect him to jump up excited with the wiggles just to see me for the first time in the morning.  He’s laying in other rooms during the day half the time where normally he’d follow me around. Eats meals, but slowly instead of the normal lab pup wolfing it down. Drinking is fine.  Doesn’t really want ice like he normally did though.  Stool seems fine – bit soft maybe at times, but that’s not unusual for him either.

Not sure if I should bring him to the vet again? I’m sure he’d be crazy there again and I wouldn’t know what to tell them lol.  Just give him some time? Growth spurt? Just calming down early? Any suggestions?  Would hate it if he wasn’t feeling well!

Anyone had water leaking from the rear?

So we've had 2-3 days of pretty good wind and rain, and my son noticed this morning that the headliner was wet across the rear. Best I can gather it's coming from the third brake light. Can't find a seal/gasket online so called Ford and they told me it wasn't a replaceable part, and want $400 for a new brake light which is nuts.

Anyone else had a leak? What did you do? Thinking of pulling it and just using some silcone to seal it up.

23' headliner wet?

So my son noticed this morning the rear of the roof liner is soaking wet. Not dripping, very wet. Whole width. No sunroof. Not sure if it's happened before - it's possible we just never noticed? We're on day 3 of heavy rain and wind now. 5k out of warranty now though of course.

Any common leak areas? I got an appointment with the dealership for next week, but if it's going to be paid out of pocket is there something I should be checking first? 23' Tremor super crew.

Thanks!
