What do you think will it work for my tanning??

So my mom is fair and my dad is dark but his skin is literally golden caramel like maybe it's bcz pheomelanin production is more on his skin and my mom is Obv fair so...

But idk what's wrong with my skin my skin have eumelanin production more so that it look even more darker than my father even my brother have skintone like dad but I'm so dark bcz of this eumelanin I don't wanna be fair cuz Ik there is no any way but I want my pheomelanin production to increase and eumelanin decrease so that atleast it looks beautiful like my father

So I recently joined a offline coaching for neet...and people are so confident there they tell the answer in front of everyone without any hesitation and I'm soo soo introvert like even if I know the answer I will not tell the answer 😭 please someone give me few tips that how to overcome this fear of judgement, and whatever this is called
