Budget of $50 looking to make a deck with one of these commanders
I'm rather new to MTG and have been enjoying commander a lot, I wanted to start looking into making my own deck but I just have little direction on what is worth it especially with how card prices are at times. I'd love either builds or just advice!

HACKER GOING AROUND USING A GAME CALLED HAISE.
There is a hacker going around with a game known as Haise it is a game that if downloaded they will get complete access to your computer and accounts. They will start texting people crazy information about things such as you selling not good photos and other things. Be careful about what you click on even if you know people. This happened to me today. Had to completely delete an email and reset my computer. I hope nothing else happens past that, looking to get my account undisabled.
