Do I do 7 rows then do the 4 increases?

Should I knit 5 or 7 rows then do the increase or I’m confused

I don’t like on the wrong side it pull more

I’ve tried everything I don’t know what else to do

I can put the extra yarn to the back and maybe with another piece of yarn basically sow into it so it tugs it
