I’ve had the last couple of months to reflect on my career and current job. Just found out a contractor was hired to cover for an additional executive and to take some duties off my plate, since the EA team & myself have voiced our concerns of being stretched thin. This contractor was given a higher title than me.
For context: I am a senior administrative assistant. I have communicated for the last two years my interest in progressing and integrating in other departments. The workload has increased tremendously but, the recognition has not.

I’ve owned the game since its release and had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA Pots was an unlock able character l. I have unlocked all of the rival gang characters including Goji.
How do you unlock Pots ?!

Long story short. I have bulged disks that have not healed for months. I decided to on medical leave that starts soon. Today i had a meeting to inform me upon my return to work , we will have further discussions in a formal matter to review expectations and deliverables that were not met. How do i respond to this email ? I’ve already come to the conclusion that it’s better to leave on my own terms than being let out.
