Can you share your experience if you visit these 3 clinics?

Do we need to hire translator? Any translator to recommendation?

I never won the genetic lottery. Am not even sure how to improve myself now. I am 154 cm and weight 60 kg. I have flat Asian features. I have overbite and cross eyes. Non existent nose bridge and really big flat nostril. I easily gain weight, it runs in my family and we only gain weight on face and really thick tummy. I tried to lose weight twice in my life, it was successful but it comes with a cost. I lost my hair with each weight loss and I have female pattern balding which is genetic. So with all stresses in my life, now I become fat again. Fat and bald. There are fat people with pretty faces. But am fat and ugly and bald now. Am not even sure how and what to fix now since everywhere is a problem area.

Have you ever given up on how you looked? How do you afford your surgery?

My friend is working in one of multi national company in Poland. They are being subcontract by Germany branch. So he has a plan vacation with his family, has his annual leave approved since long time ago.

Now the German side threaten him that if he goes on with his vacation, they will fire him from the project. Seems his Poland boss also not doing anything to protect his right. Is this normal? What can he do? Seems like there is no law to protect workers right?

I have 10 full days in Tokyo. I have been to Tokyo many times. I will spend 1 day in Yokohama. 1 day in Kamakura/Enoshima. 1 day in Edogawa.

My initial plan was to go to sekai no owari concert but I failed to get tickets.😢

I can't say if I am a buddhist. I have a hard time understanding a lot of concepts regardless it's Theravada or Mahayana. Recently I am introduced with nian fo, which can calm me down because I do have alot of anger and hatred in me.

Is practicing nian fo without understanding it futile? From my understanding nian fo is reciting amituofo repetitively. Am not sure how it will help me grow as a person. But it does supress my anger and bad thoughts.

My dad passed away after fighting ageing disease for years. My relationship with him was not good. But am glad he is finally freed from his suffering. He was not a religious person and he did not believe in Buddhism.

We are lucky that there is a monk visiting our town for 3 months. So the monk will do the chanting for us. We hope he can get rebirth in higher realm.

Is there anything I can do for him to be rebirth in better place? I don't know how to read sutta or chanting. Looking for something simple and achievable for newbie

My father is suffering from late stage parkinson disease(literally skin and bone and completely disabled, not able to swallow food, slurry speech, his hand is deformed now, and he is in pain all the time now). No more medical intervention can be done. He is not a good person, was beating and bullying my mom, taking her money, molested me when I was a kid, and a long list of other bad behaviours. Even at this stage, he was crafting lies to cause chaos in the family (basically to make himself victim and make my mom looks bad).

I hate him. My mom hates him. My other two sisters who he manipulated to hate my mom before ended up hating him. He still doesn't understand why everyone hates him. At this point, no point to explain to him about his wrong doing. We tried. We failed.

We all think he is suffering but he seems scared to die. We don't know what to do with him. We don't know why it happens to him. Was it karma? How can he end his current suffering? It seems like he might last another 5-10 years at this stage. is there anything can be done to help him suffer less?

I just finished my IV treatment but doctor wants me to continue taking oral antibiotics for the next 7 days.

I also got prescribed Uromune. The clinic said I can start the Uromune straight away while taking abx for the next 7 days. Wonder if I should just start it after finishing my oral abx.

How are your experience with Uromune? 😊

My father has Parkinsons. I think it gets exponentially worst after he got hit by motorcycle. Fast forward, he never recovers and now at late stage Parkinson. He is literally a bone with skin on. Very hard to watch. He still has strong appetite but cannot do anything. His body is as stiff as wood. I wish he can go sooner so he and my mother as caregiver don't suffer as much
