Fell for the sm7b need help.

I bought a shure sm7b bc I saw it everywhere, thought I got it for a steal but it is unrefundable now, turns out I should have actually gotten the sm7db which comes w the pre amp and is what the big leagues use. Yes I was not aware of the sm7b having an xlr only output, needed a high gain audio interface w 60db minimum and it having horrible noise reduction. I’m just a super casual gamer who wanted something decent to use I never plan to even record or stream with this mic. I should’ve gotten some usb mic but kinda too late what are some recommended audio interfaces that after tax will be under 200 cad but will be good enough that I will not need a pre amp or cloud lifter cl-1 to use this mic. I had already ordered the maono g1 neo but I can refund this and find something more worth while that might give me some use out of this mic. Yes I know I’m dumb, unintelligent stupid gamer with no idea or single intellect regarding the great universe of microphones.

Been investing for less than a year now started kind of working for an financial institution and can say I’ve seen people with success usually investing in these ETFs - VEQT, XFN, VOO, HCAL, TEC, IEFA, EEMV, XIU, XIC, XUU, QCN for overall/over time growth. Is it worth diversifying/picking and choosing or is it time to give up all hope to join the just invest in XEQT cult. {Do ignore XGD they might go up eventually and I’ll just sell then to reinvest in something more worthwhile}

Worth upgrading or patience

Currently have a build that has these specs:
Case: Hyte Y60 ATX Case
MOBO: MSI B550-A Pro Motherboard
CPU: Ryzen 7-5800X3D CPU PSY: EVGA 1000 Watt PSU GPU: 9070XT Sapphire
CPU AIO: Corsair Icue Elite Capellix RGB AIO -
280mm
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR4 3200mhz
Some context is I'm a pc flipper but I've only really ever focused on upgrading my current po via trades and such despite not working was able to build up to this. I'm considering getting a 7800x3d for $420 cad and sitting on it till ram prices maybe go down and then complete the upgrade. I know the performance upgrade is negligible and such but I think it would be pretty cool. The only reason I'm even considering this is because I have received offers of $500 CAD for the 5800x3d so I know I'll be able to sell it at a similar price but will the cost of ddr5 mobo and ram make this negligible upgrade completely not worth it? During the upgrade I would still be selling my current mobo, cpu and ddr4 ram but wouldn't want to be in like a huge loss upgrading. Just curious if it's worth it also I do work now but I'm not looking to spend lavishly for this upgrade at the end of the day I play games like valorant, fortnite, marvel rivals and that is about it but I enjoy upgrading my build and do plan and maxing out the specs in the very distant future when I do have such funds.
