Was trying to figure out what to do with the Ridgerunner, then I discovered it's of comparable size to the new wartrakk

Greetings, fellow servants of the emperor! I come to request your aid on a very special project.
So this past February I attended my first ever 40k event, a narrative team tournament with an awesome judge that told me the Emperor's Spears are his favorite chapter. I asked him if maybe next year I could get some special benefits for my team if I were to, hypothetically, bring him a bladeguard captain(his favorite unit)painted like an Emperor's Spear with his face. I very well might've done it regardless, he said yes so now I have a new art project, lol!
I was going to use the Indomitus Captain, but I find this model to be way more dynamic and cooler than that one, so I'm going with this one. I'm here today to ask y'all if there's anything I should or could do to make this guy more Emperor's Spear-ish; I was thinking green stuffing fur into the cape and/or adding a chaos helmet to the base. I've read through a chunk of the chapter's lore and looked at art, but I haven't read the books(I'm not even done with *my own* chapter's books)so I was hoping to get some more insight into the Spears. Any feedback is helpful, thank you very much brothers!
This story concept came to me yesterday while thinking about Risia. There's all manner of things in Risia that are preserved in the ice. A whole ship and its crew could be perfectly preserved as they were when they arrived, and if they were to thaw out they'd be a time living time capsule essentially.
So the story idea is this: During the Dhakaani empire's height, they would send out ships to explore and colonize distant lands. There was Kech who dedicated themselves to this purpose, and one day they sent out a ship to search for lands beyond Khorvaire. This ship was never heard from again, and no evidence was ever found that they'd reached their destination.
Turns out the ship was caught in a storm and pulled into a Risian manifest zone where it was passed through to the plane of ice and froze there. Now, thousands of years later, the ship has somehow returned to the material plane. Believing themselves to still be on their mission, they've sailed to the shores of Khorvaire(though they don't know it)and have made their presence known by seizing control of a settlement and claiming it for Dhakaan.
I went through some settlements along the northern shore of the continent they could attack that would prove interesting (I chose to focus on that side, because I imagined them being sent south when they left and so if they appeared in the north most sea and continued south they wouldn't notice a change). The town of Merylsward in the Reaches would be interesting, as the Reachers lack a proper military with which to respond. The fortress of Otharaunt could be spicy, as it would represent a direct attack on Aundair's military. For something more meaty, they could also attack the city of Stormhome or Thaloist; a quick assault under the cover of night would result in chaos.
The important themes of this is the impossible nature of the foe: The Dhakaan have adamantine armor and weapons, skilled at countering mages, and have a strength and discipline unlike anything the armies of the Five Nations could imagine. I picture the party getting caught in the middle: There's a nation mobilizing troops to deal with a foreign invasion; the lost Dhakaan who are out of time; agents from Darguun trying to help resolve the situation before any blame gets passed onto their nation; and spies of their heirs of Dhakaan, who want to make contact with the settlers because they believe this ship's crew to be the last living members of the explorer's Kech, and their secret underground settlement if they could reach it could yield valuable resources.
Let me know what you think, feel free to expand on this idea in any way you wish; it was an interesting thought I had and I wanted to share it
While looking around at small towns along the Reaches-Aundair border I found the village of Wyr, and on the wiki it mentions that "the warrior monks of the Monastary Orla-un are located on the edge of the village"
Any information on this Monastary and its monks out there? All I could find was that they apparently make a sweet dark wine
All credit goes to Valrak who some how managed to get one of the lore pages from the upcoming, not even released for pre order campaign book Eye of Terror: Reign of Iron. Which shows Lysander requesting for help from all the successor chapters of Dorn to stop Peter turbo’s crusade.
