I can’t wait till I see him in concert!!! Counting down the days.

This is sort of niche bc I just graduated hs, and when you’re older I hope this isn’t a problem. I started transitioning when I was 10. I’m incredibly grateful to be able to, but it’s been lonely. When I was young I had nobody to relate to, nobody to talk to about transitioning. No one could understand my perspective. I was the first trans person I knew, the first one in my elementary school, and one of few in middle school. Still when a small amount of other people started experimenting, I was on blockers and hormones (a privilege, I understand that) I had no one to talk to about that. Big moments for me and no one to tell. Scared to tell.

Now more people have came out, but I don’t relate at all. I am 8 years into my transition, they started a couple months ago. I still can’t talk about my experiences, like hormones, because a lot of them haven’t started yet. When I talk about it there is a tension, probably because they want to be on hormones and aren’t, but I wish I had someone like me. I relate to a lot of what they talk about, but they don’t have the same problems as me, and I don’t have to same problems as them. They expect me to be like them.

Other people are starting hormones, but they don’t want to talk about me, they want to interview me, or talk about themselves. It’s glaringly obvious in every conversation, even with other queer/trans people that I don’t always belong.

I think as I get older, as other people catch up i will have more people to talk to. I hope im not coming off as a complete asshole. Thanks for listening.

I am a transmasc nonbinary person on T. Recently, I have been questioning my sexuality, and i was wondering if i like women, what would that make me? A friend of mine (cis bisexual woman) said i would be a lesbian. I dont really feel connected to womanhood or femininity, though. In the past i was seen as feminine but now people assume I'm a man. I'm not super masculine; I'm in between masculinity and androgyny. "straight" doesn't feel right either; liking women doesn't feel straight. idk bro, this is complicated. What's your opinion? can a transmasc nonbinary person be lesbian?

I’m an incoming freshman to Seattle U. the roommate finding process has been open a few days. I have sent a couple messages, and I haven’t heard from anyone.

it’s been pretty confusing figuring out the housing portal and I’m not sure what to do. 😭what is the best way to find a roommate? Do people just wait till later to start finding a roommate?
