looking for cleaning people

edit - I'm between grays ferry and girard estates on 24th st.

I am moving out and just need people to clean the house. 3bd, 2.5ba and a full basement.

I'm not expecting a deep clean or the typical move out clean, just clean enough. please post your rates! will need someone on 9/1

thoughts?

the house I'm currently renting is being sold and I plan to be out in a few weeks. as far as I know, no new tenant will occupy the house since he's planning to sell the house. my ceiling has been leaking and growing mold for over a month. water stains on the ceiling and the nearby walls. I'd assume the entire ceiling and walls have to be replaced completely? if that's the case, my question is, should I even bother patching thing up? same with....everywhere else. I'd imagine he'd want to freshen up the house entirely if he wants to sell it for a high amount. so should I waste time and money on patching up holes or repainting areas? or just do a thorough sweep and mop and call it a day?

I don't expecting to get 100% of my deposit back anyway

can I see your litter area?

looking for inspiration! moving into a new place soon and my cats get their own room AND bathroom! I'm thinking about putting their litter boxes in there? anyone do the same?

still trying to figure out what I wanna do about my LR3, though, with my shit flinging cat. I know enclosures are an option and I'm considering it, but they're so pricey.

for now, I'd love to see how you have your litter area set up, whether it's in the bathroom or not! thanks! 💕

Does anyone know how to fix this?

currently renting but leaving soon. this towel rack was already messed up but didn't know until I was months into the lease. the master bedroom has its own bathroom so I've never used this particular bathroom. cheap fixes pls or should I not worry about getting my deposit back?

do you have your litter robot enclosed?

as the title says, I'm curious if anyone has their littler robot enclosed somehow. my orange cat likes to swat at it while it's cycling. while it doesn't happen all the time, he'll fling poo everywhere outside the robot... I do have the cycling timer at 15min, but that didn't change anything.. I'm moving to a new place soon and I'm desperate to find a solution to this. or I might stop using the robot altogether unless I go away or something..

litter mat alternatives?

I'm in search of litter mat alternatives! I've tried these two types, but they'd always end up with pee in them. does anyone have any creative ways to keep litter bits to a minimum? or a product that they swear by? I do sweep every day regardless. right now, there's nothing under their litter boxes/robot.

rental advice?

located in the US, Pennsylvania.

I rent in the house I currently live in. with how rainy it's been, my roof has been leaking and growing mold (white fuzzies?) I try to find some info and it says that they have 30 days from when I told them about it to do something. they have another 4 days. what can I do if nothing is done after the 4 days?

another problem I've been having is that the basement keeps flooding. the first time it flooded, they had someone come check it out and it was decided that the outside drain had been clogged. took the L. the basement has flooded another 3 times since. the outside drain was never clogged. I guess my question is.. is there something they can do because it keeps flooding or will I have to just suck it up until my lease is over?

best for wide feet?

I had originally bought the glycerin max 2, but they're too tight. I heard the glycerin max are good for wide feet (though not advertised as such) but now they aren't on the website anymore! I wanted to buy on the Brooks website because I like the fact that I can return them even used. I saw that the Ghost Max or Glycerin 21 are also a good rec but those aren't on the site anymore either 🫠

does anyone have recs that are actually on the site? or should I take this as a sign 🥲
