Any success stories with citalopram and claustrophobia?

I’m taking citalopram for depression and anxiety, but also struggle with pretty bad claustrophobia on trains and flights. Am hoping it may potentially help with the claustrophobia too…..

How easy is solo travel with no car?

Hi, I’m taking a short solo trip to Bavaria in a few weeks. Was initially meant to be going with a friend who drives but they can’t make it so going to do it alone. I’ll be staying in hostels. I’m wondering if its easy to meet people and join on hiking/castle/city trips or if it’s easy to find tours to join in on organised by the hostel? I’ve done a lot of solo travel in Asia but not so much in Germany. Thanks :)

Day 5 and zero side effects?

As the title says - I’ve taken my 5th dose of 10mg and so far have gotten no side effects. I know this is rare… I’ve been able to continue doing life things. I’m still depressed and anxious due to a recent break up but was having these feelings before taking it and nothing I would contribute to the citalopram. Have been sleeping fine, no headaches, dizziness, feeling sick or panicky etc.

2 questions - has anyone not had side effects for the first week then get hit with them later down the line?

And 2nd question is since I’m not getting side effects, should I increase to 20mg in a few days?
Aware that the side effects may come to bite me in the ass then… but maybe worth it?

Thanks 🙏

Leak proof container recommendations

Looking for recommendations for leak proof containers to transport salad dressings to markets. Currently using ice cream tubs but they’re not working great! We’re based in the UK so would appreciate reccos that we can source here :) tia

Missing my girls

Weenie (white) and Willow (brown)

Weenie was an absolute menace to society, very extroverted, silly, and not blessed with many brain cells 😂. Willow was my heart rat, never had a rat bond so strong as I did with her. She was a very intuitive, gentle and snuggly little one.

Have owned many rats since I was a wee nipper, these 2 were my last and passed in 2022. They bought me a lot of joy and are very dearly missed x
