I can't show video but I put something on and suddenly it glitches and goes blaxk. The app still works as normal and I can change channels and everything. The normal Samsung tv plus app does not face this issue. I tried troubleshooting with Samsung but they require Money (send a technican)

Any tips? Maybe it is fried it something but I don't understand how .
