Ficus Elastica leaf edges
First of all let me preface that this plant does not sit on my table. It’s on a shelf with grow lights and my other plants. Anyways I got this plant in may on Mother’s Day. I was so nervous because I’ve heard ficus are finicky.. it’s thrived and pushed out so many new leaves. I’ve noticed though that the original four bottom leaves have some crispy spots. What did I do wrong? Is there something I should be doing? It’s in a self watering pot with chunky soil. It gets fertilized regularly.

Hey guys! My almost 9 month old weim is so good, she’s patient and good just hanging out at home. I have a 2 year old GSP as well. She’s been around other dogs and lots of people in our house. I take them to run everyday, but since it’s been triple digits for weeks the other day I decided to take her to Petco instead to explore and sniff. Every noise and every person that walked by she get spooked and bark. She’s standoffish and so shy to new people. What are some ways I can help her overcome this? Or work with her on this? I don’t want her to feel uncomfortable, but I also don’t want people thinking she’s scary or mean.

New puppy!
Hey guys! I’m getting ready for a new puppy! He will be ready in Labor Day weekend. He was born on the 4th of July. I’ve never had a schnauzer before. I do have two other dogs, but one is a Weimaraner and the other is a German shorthair pointer. Can you give me all the details? Recommendations. Any tips you can think of?? Also name recommendations please. He’s tiny still, but here’s a picture of him!

Help!!
Ok so when I first got these they were not in a chunky soil. So I repotted them with soil, perlite, and a small amount of leca to make it chunkier. At first it was thriving. It gets direct light for at least 10-12 hours a day, but I don’t know if I watered too early a couple weeks ago or what happened, but it’s slowly getting worse. What should I do?

Difference?
Today I got the “feeling moody” at Home Depot (1st picture). Months ago I got the “feeling flirty” at Home Depot (2nd picture). What’s the difference? Also my feeling flirty is struggling hard for some reason. It gets bright light and I bottom water. The leaves looked extremely rough when I first got it. Originally I did repot it, but now it’s just meh. Not growing not dying. I want it to thrive though. I do have the silverish sparkly version as well. That one thrives though.
