My PS5 is hardwired ethernet cable.
Still when I leave my house I can't get portal to connect into my PS5
If im anywhere in the house it connects perfectly always.
When I leave say to another state the connection is impossible.
So I was advised beyond just hardwiring my PS5 to the router I should add my PS5 IP address to the router or something and that would help?
Another solution I read was changing my Routers IP address to STATIC IP ? Doesn't this cost more money per month with my ISP?
Please advise I love the portal but it just fails to fire up the PS5 when I'm away from the house

I never send more than 50-70 DMs a day and some days I take breaks
So it's just lame and hurts my business growth if I can't do outreach anymore effectively
