Fine 1/24th rwd setup

Hi guys,

Preferably an RTR or a kit (where I can buy everything from one place) for a fine 1/24 (or similarly small scale) drift car and aesthetic beauty with purple Aluminium parts.

I'm in EU and unfortunately very time limited currently. I have a skyfly noble radio.

Confused where to start in crawling (no terrain for 1/10th)

Hi guys, I'd like to get into crawling and learn how to crawl difficult objects. I'm not particularly interested in trail driving or scale bodies.

There are no competitions around where I am, the land is very flat in general and I'm currently in a studio flat with no garden. Will find/make courses in the park or at home. 1/10th appears to be overkill for my surround terrain unfortunately.

is it better to start with a less capable crawler to learn techniques or better to start with an already high performance model: in the simar way someone might learn dynamics of car driving in e.g a lightly modified mx5 or gr86, rather than a stripped out GT3 RS with semi slicks?

Seeing that many/all are buying something and then spending a lot of time and money upgrading most of/entite truck to make them more capable crawlers, as time limited currently, would something very capable out the box will be a good choice?

Furitek Titan 1/18th or Hobby Plus CR18P Pro Juice Up (I'm in EU, no redcat ascent available) : major modding already done and I just go out and climb and learn techniques?

Axial Capra 1/18 4ws : more like 1/14th scale. Would it be too large to make significant objects in small appartment?

A Furitek 1/24 or 1/30 : more objects. However West Desert Wheeler mentioned with smaller than 1/18th scale it becomes hard to read the dynamics of wheel movement, weight transfer etc

Cover story ideas for long term travel?

I’ve learned the hard way to avoid obvious displays of wealth around the wrong people. However, my wife and I (early 40s) have been traveling constantly for about 9 years, usually spending 1–3 months at a time in various locations, and it’s getting hard to hide without drawing prying attention.

I typically tell people I'm traveling for business and just adding a vacation since we're already out there. Over the years, I’ve used a few strategies to disguise the extent of it:

If I'm going to Vietnam, I’ll just maintain I'm in Bangkok for the jewelry market.

Attending trade shows : e.g If we go to the US, I'll say I'm attending a trade show and staying longer to follow up with contacts.

Say we are staying in an Airbnb to avoid which hotel question.

However the length and long term traveling is starting to give it away. I’m wondering what else I could say to explain away these long trips without giving off the impression that I barely work or that we have some wealth?

Interestingly it works out financially reasonable as don't currently need to maintain our primary residence or tend to hobbies that would have if we stationary.

Any UDR external body protection ?

Hi guys, my UDR is on route, which I'm looking forward to driving hard but not bash.

I have xmaxx, tekno et48 which can take bashing abuse.

Just wondering if there's a good way of external protecting the body from scuffs and such like when it inevitably rolls over so I can keep it in good shape

Q3, not adjusting exposure compensation while half shutter pressed

Hi all, the camera is doing this of late, what would be the way to fix it please.

When I half press the shutter I used to be able to adjust the exposure compensation, but now it is locked while the shutter is half pressed.
