Therapy for Teen

Friend of mine is having trouble finding a therapist for an early teen daughter. She's very intelligent, kind of a "too cool for school" personality. Needs someone that won't baby her, but gives her an outlet and some insight on issues that she has trouble understanding or bringing up to a parent.

Thank you.

Hellcat OWB holster for CDS9?

Hey guys. Wanting an owb holster, possibly the TRex Ironside, for my CDS9. However, they don't offer one for this model. It's the classic, no rail. It looks like the hellcat is very similar, dimensionally. Anyone heat up and reshape a kydex hellcat holster that can post their results?

Eq Settings for the Bose

I don't know about you guys and gals and everyone else identifiable, unidentifiable, and in between... but I hated the sound of the Bose system in my 2026. It was so thin sounding and treble heavy. Me having a background in pro audio and a degree in audio engineering, I had to start playing around with it because I could tell it had the potential to sound good... and I want my tunes to sound good over a premium stereo system.

So, I started messing around with the eq levels, trying to find the preset crossover frequencies amongst the full range speakers, subs, and tweeters, and at what gain levels the full range speakers started to catch up to the boosted high/low frequencies in which the tweeters and subs were dedicated to. This is what I settled on. The tweeters still shine without piercing my ears, the midrange fills up the cab better, and the subwoofer doesnt sound as loud compared to the rest of the music, but still absolutely thumps when you start rolling up the volume knob. It sounds, to these ears, like I would want my mixes to sound when I was still recording albums.

Your mileage my vary.

Wrap, Tint, and Rims Go a Long Way

I liked everything about the Traverse Z71 when I first saw it, but it needed some tweaking to be what I wanted it to be. Tinted the windows, WeatherTech window vents, wrapped the silver on the front/back bumpers, and put some wider wheels on it with a more aggressive offset. I really feel like this is the way the z71 should look from factory.

Tire Shop Recommendations

Need existing tires and TPMS sensors taken off old wheels and put on new ones, mounted and balanced. Good shop around for that?

Small Vinyl Wrap Job?

Hey, PSL.

I have 2 small pieces on my SUV that I want wrapped because I hate the color, but it seems like the job isn't big enough for shops to make a priority and not have me staying at their shop from open to close while they fit me in between jobs. I have to sleep during the day, and work 12hr night shifts. Anyone know of a place that might do it for me?

Just added a new grip module, the Mirzon hybrid XL frame plus the TLR7 HL-X. This year I added the 4.3" threaded true precision barrel and the Harrington comp and LOVED the accuracy and the quick sight requisition, but hated the look. The little tlr7 Sub I've run for years looked sick being tucked away so far away from the comp... so I retired the wilson combat XL frame for this one with the full rail. Really like the look, and the LIGHT, that the 7 hlx gives me.

Whole setup:

Standard p365X slide with 4.3" threaded true precision barrel, TiN steel guide rod and uncaptured 14lb recoil spring, Harrington 2-port compensator, sig romeo x compact red dot.

Mirzon Hybrid XL grip module, standard flat-trigger fcu, TLR7 HL-X.

XL mag with flush-fit +2 mag-guts conversion for a 14+1 capacity.

17rd backup mag with correct sleeve/butt plate.

21rd mag for the pocket if im feeling froggy.

Nestled in a t-rex sidecar IWB.
